Return Policy
20% Restocking Fee
There is a 20% restocking fee on all regular-priced shoes returned within 14 business days from purchase date!
- No refunds or exchanges after 14 business days from purchase date.
- Exchanges are allowed with no restocking fee if exchanged within 14 business days from purchase date.
- No refunds or exchanges on sale shoes. No refunds on Pedorthic Services, Orthotics, accessories, or clothing.
All Shoes Returned Must Be In New/Unused Condition, In Original Box, All Insoles Included, With Receipt.
Fit
We can only recommend a fit. You are responsible for the final decision concerning fit.
Wear
We do not guarantee wear. Exchange or refund will be given only if there is a manufacturing defect. Should you request us to send the shoes back to the manufacturer for further evaluation, there will be a $10.00 charge for shipping.
Special Orders
We require you to put 20% down at time of ordering and shoes must be picked up within two weeks, unless arrangements are made for a late pick up. If the shoes are not picked up in the allotted time, the deposit will be forfeited and the shoes returned to the manufacturer.
Refund Payment
1) Charge refunds will be given immediately.
2) Cash or check refunds will be mailed to you in the form of a store check, within 10 business days.
