Return Policy

Effective April 1st , 2012

Murray’s Shoes’ core values consist of providing our customers with one on one service by our trained staff. Our knowledge and patience help guide customers to the best fit and appropriate shoes for their needs. This takes time and experience, none of which comes without a price of doing business. We want to maintain our core values and to do that the following return policy has been implemented.

  • All returns must be done within 14 business days from the date of purchase with a receipt.
  • No returns will be accepted after 14 business days.
  • All shoes must be in new/unused condition, in original box, with original insoles included.
  • No refunds or exchanges on sale shoes.
  • No refunds on Pedorthic services, orthotics, accessories, or socks.
  • Special orders on non-stock items will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Refund Payment

1) Charge refunds will be given immediately.
2) Cash or check refunds will be mailed to you in the form of a store check, within 10 business days.
