Shipping Policy
Online orders
In-store or curbside pickup:
In-store pickup is available Monday – Saturday, 10am – 6pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. If you prefer to meet us curbside for pickup, please call us at 303-972-8436 or email info@murraysshoes.com to make arrangements.
Shipping Info & Options:
FREE shipping for all orders over $99 (usually 5 to 7 business days)
For orders under $99 we offer flat rate shipping at a cost of $10.00 per order
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
For expedited shipping please check the desired delivery schedule and cost that works for you during checkout.
Current expedited shipping costs:
FedEx Overnight = $35.00 per order
FedEx 2-day = $18.00 per order
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@murraysshoes.com with your name and order number, or give us a call and we will look into it for you.
Do you offer international shipping?
Sorry, we don’t currently offer shipping to international addresses or from international billing addresses.
