In-store or curbside pickup:
In-store pickup is available Monday – Saturday, 10am – 6pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. If you prefer to meet us curbside for pickup, please call us at 303-972-8436 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements.
Shipping Info & Options:
- FREE shipping for all orders over $99 (usually 5 to 7 business days)
- For orders under $99 we offer flat rate shipping at a cost of $10.00 per order
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- For expedited shipping please check the desired delivery schedule and cost that works for you during checkout.
Current expedited shipping costs:
- FedEx Overnight = $35.00 per order
- FedEx 2-day = $18.00 per order
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, or give us a call and we will look into it for you.
Do you offer international shipping?
Sorry, we don’t currently offer shipping to international addresses or from international billing addresses.
